At Bon Parfumeur Paris, we want you to be delighted with your fragrance; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unopened and unused item within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, the protective plastic film must remain intact to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Place the perfume in its original packaging and ensure it is safely tucked into a sturdy shipping box to prevent any breakage during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest postal service; we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects the condition of the seal, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
